1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Whitethorne Lavender is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages:

  • Whitethorne Lavender is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping:

  • We currently do/do not ship internationally. If we do ship to your country, please note that additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply.
